    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SDR to drive our sales pipeline in the USA. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads for our AI-powered coding learning platform. Your role will be critical in expanding BootSelf AI’s presence in the region by reaching out to individuals, colleges, and businesses interested in upskilling in tech.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential customers, including students, professionals, and educational institutions, through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
    • Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads, understanding their needs, and ensuring they align with BootSelf AI’s offerings.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions, follow-ups, and status updates to track progress and optimize conversion rates.
    • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and lead nurturing tactics.
    • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in BootSelf AI’s platform, features, and value propositions to effectively communicate with prospects.
    • Market Insights: Provide feedback on market trends, customer pain points, and potential partnership opportunities to improve product-market fit.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or AI-driven products).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for tech and education.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
    • Prior experience selling to educational institutions, coding bootcamps, or tech professionals is a plus.
