BootSelf is an AI-powered coding app focused on making tech skills accessible and engaging. As we grow, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and drive growth in both India and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO & Content Optimization: Increase organic traffic and brand visibility through SEO and content marketing.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms to optimize acquisition.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, working with tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel to improve CAC and conversion rates.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with product and growth teams to ensure a consistent, data-driven approach to brand building.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, paid media, and content strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, and Mixpanel, and experience in CRO.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to make decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding digital marketing landscapes in both India and the US is a plus.
