Edureify is seeking a dynamic Sales and Partnerships Lead for BootSelf app to expand our reach through strategic collaborations with colleges, schools, and IT companies. This role involves building meaningful partnerships that drive bulk subscriptions and enterprise-level sales.

As the Sales and Partnerships Lead, you will drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and build long-term relationships with educational institutions, IT companies, and other stakeholders. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to expand BootSelf's footprint and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from pitch to close, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Partnership Development
- Identify and onboard strategic partners, including schools, colleges, IT firms, and training institutions.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with BootSelf’s mission and growth goals.
- Collaborate with partners to implement co-branded initiatives, workshops, and campaigns.
Market Expansion
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Create tailored pitches for different regions or industries to maximize penetration.
- Act as the face of BootSelf at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and partnerships team.
- Set KPIs, track performance, and provide feedback to optimize team output.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Partner with the product team to communicate customer feedback and inform feature development.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and partner satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and partnership logs using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, market insights, and partner feedback.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales within EdTech, SaaS, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

- Develop a list of 50 qualified leads and initiate outreach.
- Set up CRM processes for pipeline management.
- Build an initial pitch deck tailored for different client segments.
Month 2: Initial Conversions and Process Optimization
- Revenue Target: $25,000
- Partnerships: Sign agreements with 2-3 institutions or corporate clients.
- Key Deliverables: Convert at least 20% of initial leads into paying clients.
- Refine sales pitches based on client feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch a co-branded campaign with partners.
- Train team members (if applicable) on sales processes.
Month 3: Scaling Efforts and Expanding Pipeline
- Revenue Target: $50,000
- Partnerships: Secure 5+ additional partnerships.
- Key Deliverables: Expand outreach to untapped markets or industries.
