For L&D, security & compliance leaders

Your LMS proves employees finished training. Edureify proves they're ready.

Fully self-paced - no instructor to book, no video to sit through, no cohort schedule to coordinate. The system runs the diagnostic, builds the plan, and keeps a live prediction of who's ready, for what role, and by when.

Why now

Why enterprise teams are changing how they measure training

Certification costs keep rising. The security talent gap keeps widening. Compliance requirements keep tightening. Most organizations are still measuring all of it with one metric.

Rising certification costs

Retake fees compound fast when readiness isn't visible until exam day.

Widening talent gaps

Security and cloud roles are being filled under time pressure, with less room to discover a readiness gap after deployment.

Tightening compliance

Auditors increasingly ask not just "was training completed" but "can this team demonstrate the skill."

A completion rate can't answer any of these. It tells you someone opened the material - not whether they retained it, can apply it, or will pass on exam day.

  • Doesn't predict pass likelihood
  • Doesn't flag who's falling behind
  • Doesn't measure role readiness
How the system works

No instructor to book. No cohort to schedule. The system runs the loop on its own.

There's no video and no live class in this product - every step below is generated, scored, and re-planned by the system itself, which is what lets the readiness score update continuously instead of once, at the end of a course.

1

Diagnostic

A calibrated baseline test, taken solo, that maps exactly where someone stands against the exam or role blueprint before they study anything.

No instructor to book
2

Roadmap

The system builds a day-by-day plan from the diagnostic - weighted toward actual gaps, not a generic syllabus everyone gets the same version of.

Rebuilt automatically as they progress
3

Practice loop

Practice questions, mock exams, and spaced-repetition review - self-directed, at whatever pace fits their week, with mastery tracked per topic.

No fixed sessions, no video
4

Intervention

When the system detects a stall, a weak topic, or exam-date risk, it adjusts the plan on its own and lets the manager know if it's serious.

Feeds back into step 2, continuously
Every session feeds back into the roadmap - this is the "closed loop" that keeps the readiness score live.
What you actually see

Not a completion report. A prediction, per employee - per cert and per role.

Readiness score, certification track or target role, and a plain-language prediction - with manager alerts that tell you what to do about it, not just what the number is.

The differentiator

We don't report progress. We predict outcomes.

This is the part no LMS does. Every session updates a live prediction, not a percentage frozen at course completion.

01
Likelihood of passing certification

A probability, not a completion badge - built from real diagnostic and mastery data.

02
Expected exam-readiness date

Projected against the actual exam date, recalculated after every session.

03
Topics causing future failure

Flags the specific sub-topic dragging the prediction down - not just an overall weak domain.

04
Confidence trend & learning velocity

Tracks whether someone is getting faster and surer, or stalling - a signal completion tracking can't see.

Three layers, not one score

Certification readiness tells you about an exam. It doesn't tell you about a job.

We measure readiness at three levels, because "passed the exam" and "can do the role" aren't always the same claim - especially across verticals with no single certifying exam at all.

A
Certification readiness

Predicted pass likelihood and readiness date for a specific exam - CISSP, PMP, AWS, and 80+ others.

B
Role readiness

Whether someone can actually perform a target role - Cloud Engineer, SOC Analyst, Business Analyst - built from the skills the role needs, not just an exam blueprint.

C
Skill readiness

The underlying competencies (threat modeling, risk quantification, IAM design) that carry across multiple certs and roles in the same vertical.

D
Cross-vertical view

Security, cloud, data, and PM readiness sit on the same scoring model - so a manager comparing a security hire against a PM hire is comparing like-for-like.

For the executive view

What leadership actually asks about.

Executives don't look at individual readiness scores. They look at portfolio risk and budget efficiency - this is the roll-up view.

The score evolves continuously - not once, at the end of a course.

Practice questions Mock exams Weak topics Confidence Response speed Learning behavior Manager feedback
Every one of these signals updates the readiness score in real time - generated by self-paced practice, not by an instructor's pacing or a video's runtime. That's what makes the exam-readiness date and pass-likelihood prediction possible - a single end-of-course percentage can't do this.
The budget case

Traditional LMS platforms and Edureify answer different questions.

This isn't a feature-for-feature swap, and it isn't a layer that sits on top of your LMS - it's the complete system for a specific job: getting someone measurably ready for an exam or a role, on their own schedule.

Before you book the call

What most L&D and security leads ask first.

Is this actually self-paced, or is that just marketing?
It's fully self-paced - there's no instructor to book, no video to sit through, and no cohort schedule to coordinate. Employees start the diagnostic the same day they get a seat, and the system generates their plan, practice, and mock exams from there.
Do you replace our LMS, or sit on top of it?
Neither, exactly - for certification and role readiness specifically, Edureify is the complete system: diagnostic, content, practice, and scoring. Your LMS can keep handling everything else (onboarding, policy training, general courses) - we're not asking you to rip that out.
Are readiness scores used against employees in performance reviews?
They're built for coaching and exam-scheduling decisions - flagging who needs help and when someone's ready - not as a standalone performance metric. What you do with the data internally is your policy to set, and we'll put reasonable-use language in the contract if that matters to your HR team.
Can we pilot before committing to the full team?
Yes - most deals start with a 20-person pilot group so you see real readiness data before rolling out org-wide.
How long does rollout take?
SSO setup and seat provisioning typically take under a week; employees can start the diagnostic the same day.
What counts as a "seat"?
One seat per active employee with an account, regardless of how many certifications, roles, or domains they're being scored against.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Exportable readiness and completion records are provided on offboarding - we'll put specifics in the contract terms.
